Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) has issued a letter to Secretary of Defense Austin and Secretary of State Blinken, imploring them to reconsider their decision to halt the shipment of precision-guided weapons to Israel. The letter was also signed by Reps. Gary Palmer (AL-06), Andy Biggs (AZ-05), and Warren Davidson (OH-08).

In his statement, Moore expressed his disapproval of the Biden Administration's decision, stating, "The Biden Administration's decision to withhold weapons to Israel, a steadfast ally of the United States, is reprehensible in the face of the October 2023 Hamas attacks that killed more than 1,200 people." He further urged President Biden and Secretaries Austin and Blinken to reevaluate this course of action as it could potentially weaken America's global standing and impede Israel's ability to respond effectively to future attacks.
