Commissioner Carmen Moore-Zeigler was sworn in this morning to the District 2 seat of the Montgomery County Commission by the Honorable Charles Price, retired Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Judge. The invocation was given by Pastor Julius Thomas with Mt. Moab Baptist Church. On July 29, 2022, Governor Kay Ivey appointed Commissioner Moore-Zeigler to serve in the position previously held by the late Elton N. Dean, Sr.
