Local students enhance their professional skills while employed at the Montgomery County Probate Court this summer. Some of the young men and women get to program electronic poll pads and answer basic calls in the election war room under the guidance of Election Director Darryl Parker. Others can shadow Probate Judge JC Love and Chief Clerk LaToya Barker on their day-to-day operations and assist with projects.
This is all part of the Montgomery County Student Apprenticeship Program.
