Montgomery County issued the following announcement on July 30.

Governor Kay Ivey has extended the #SaferATHome order until August 31, 2020, which means the statewide mask mandate remains in effect until the end of the month. The amended order also now requires schools providing in-class instruction to wear masks whenever practical from second grade to college. As a reminder, free masks are available at the Montgomery County Commission Office located at 101 S. Lawrence Street.
