Rep. Barry Moore on new Judiciary Committee report: "Thanks to the Biden-Harris Administration, every town is a border town"

Aug 28, 2024

Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) released a statement on the House Judiciary Committee report regarding the illegal immigrant who raped a 14-year-old girl in Prattville in May of 2023. Since February 2023, the Committee has requested information, including alien files—DHS records that contain immigration case history about individual aliens—relating to illegal aliens who have committed serious and violent crimes in the United States during the Biden-Harris Administration.

In some cases, due to the Administration’s refusal to disclose information about these criminal illegal aliens, the Committee has been forced to issue subpoenas.

“Today, the House Judiciary Committee learned that an illegal who raped a 14-year-old girl in a restaurant bathroom in Prattville came into the United States as a gotaway in 2021, even with a criminal record of domestic violence in his home country,” said Moore. “He is just one of the more than 600,000 and counting criminal illegals that the Biden-Harris Administration has welcomed into our country. Thanks to their reprehensible policies, not only is this young lady’s life forever changed; every town is a border town, and no American family is safe.”
