Rep. Barry Moore condemns ICC treatment of Prime Minister Netanyahu
Washington, D.C.—Today, as Prime Minister Netanyahu prepares to address a joint session of Congress, Rep. Barry Moore introduced a resolution co-sponsored by Rep. Brecheen (R-OK) condemning the International Criminal Court's treatment of Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant. In May, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court requested arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant for "war crimes."
"As Prime Minister Netanyahu addresses a joint session of Congress this afternoon, I want him and all of Israel to know that America continues to stand with them," said Moore. "It is not a war crime to defend yourself against terrorists who seek to wipe your people off the face of the earth. The International Criminal Court should immediately withdraw its arrest warrant applications for Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant."
