Of the 1,353 people living in Blue Ridge CDP in 2020, 44.6 percent (603) were women and 55.4 percent (750) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the River Region Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 50. In the 65 and over age range, there were 184 females and 205 males.
