Driver License Office Will Temporarily Close In April for System Update

Renew Your Driver’s License NOW! During the week of April 18-April 26, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Drivers License (ALEA) offices will be temporarily closed, and online renewals will be suspended, for the implementation of a new statewide license system. During this time, the Autauga County Probate Office will remain open but only for revenue and probate services.

Anyone whose license will expire during that week is eligible to renew up to 180 days prior to the expiration date.
