Elmore County issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
Site clearing began at the Seventeen Springs property in Millbrook. County forces will be onsite over the next several weeks clearing selective areas of the project property.
Design team members Dalhoff Thomas, Krebs, and Seay, Seay, Litchfield (SSL) are working alongside city, county and YMCA personnel to advance the design of Phase I of the project. Design work on the Fieldhouse, the multi-purpose centerpiece facility, will begin in early 2021 as Phase 2 design gets underway.
