City of Montgomery recently issued the following announcement.

SUBJECT: Request for approval of a privacy fence for the property located at 3144 Montezuma Road (Cloverdale Idlewild).

2. PRESENTED BY: Christine Cain

SUBJECT: Request for approval of window replacement for the property located at 3143 Lexington Road (Cloverdale Idlewild).

3. PRESENTED BY: Russell Preston

SUBJECT: Request for approval after the fact for a pergola for the property located at 3215 Montezuma Road (Cloverdale Idlewild).

4. PRESENTED BY: Bryan & Denise Stanley

SUBJECT: Request for approval of tree removal for the property located at 335 Felder Avenue (Garden District).

5. PRESENTED BY: Millie Houston

Important Notice during COVID-19

Anyone is welcome to attend the public hearing, however during this COVID-19 health crisis we understand there may be some that do not want to attend in person but would like to participate. If you would like to voice your opinion/concern on an item, we highly suggest emailing comments to Christy Anderson at canderson@montgomeryal.gov by noon on the Monday before the meeting. We will copy and distribute them to each board member.

If you plan on attending in person, all petitioners and citizens will remain outside of the building until their particular item is called for discussion. We will allow up to 10 people in the room at a time, excluding staff. Masks are required!
