On Tuesday, April 1, former Pike Road High School standout Niguel Jenkins’ current college team, the Alabama State Hornets, lost 12-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks.

The game took place at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Gamecocks this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex against Alabama A&M Bulldogs.
