On Sunday, March 23, former Holtville High School standout Drey Barrett’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, won 14-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.

The game took place at Lou St. Amant Field. This was their third matchup against the Warhawks this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Keesler Federal Park against Nicholls State Colonels.
