Rep. Barry Moore supports a Congressional Review Act resolution introduced by Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) aimed at halting the Biden Administration's final Title IX rule. The new rule is said to remove protections for women and girls by eliminating female-only spaces such as locker rooms and bathrooms, and permitting biological males to compete in women's sports. Additionally, it reportedly affects the free speech rights of students and educators who oppose it. Moore is a co-sponsor of this resolution.
"The Biden Administration's new rule makes Title IX obsolete by stripping away all protections from women and girls," stated Moore. "I have two daughters and a granddaughter, and I am disgusted by Biden's crusade against biological reality that undermines their opportunities for success. We must fight to uphold true Title IX protections and ensure that every woman has the opportunity to thrive in a safe environment."
