New Students "Pour In" on AAMU's Hot Move-In Day

A prediction of nearly 1,600 new students at Alabama A&M University this fall seemed on target as parents, guardians and students filled the hillside streets for Move-In Day 2022.  Also on hand for the Saturday, August 13, event were scores upon scores of representatives from fraternities, sororities, religious organizations and other volunteers to assist in moving luggage into the residence halls.  PHOTOS

AAMU President Daniel K. Wims was joined by Cabinet members and other administrators to welcome students and parents, as well as to provide information.  The team visited incoming Bulldogs at the Wellness Center, the Foster Complex, Stephens Hall, Morris Hall, Thigpen Hall, Palmer Hall and other facilities.
