Your Chamber is excited to partner with AIDT and Central Alabama Works! to bring free virtual Leadership Skills III Development Training to our members, FREE and virtually in the comfort of your home or office!
The Leadership Development Program, a highly sought-after three course program from AIDT, introduces team leaders, managers and supervisors, to effective leadership responsibilities, communication skills, teamwork, and motivation techniques. Businesses and Industries are encourage to register employees for this third and final training course, Leadership III Skills Development, that focuses on advanced topics of supervision.
Individuals that have completed the Leadership I and II courses are strongly encouraged to take Leadership III and earn the final certificate in the series: AIDT Certified Leader III Certificate. Seats are limited to the first 20 participants, so call and make your reservations early. Attendees must be present and pass a written exam to earn the certificate.
