Former Carver Senior High School standout and current Valdosta State Blazers player, James Robinson will compete in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the first seeded Albany State Golden Rams.
The first game is on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m.
The week beginning Monday, Feb. 16 will showcase these former River Region area high school standouts.
The Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Central Board of Control has decided to expand the football playoff structure for its largest classification, Class 6A.
These ex-River Region area high school athletes will be competing in the week starting Monday, Feb. 9.
