On Wednesday, April 2, former Stanhope Elmore High School standout Jada McLeod’s current college team, the Eastern Kentucky Colonels, won 15-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Morehead State Eagles.
The game took place at University Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m. at Farris Fields Complex against Central Arkansas Bears.
