On Friday, March 21, former Holtville High School standout Drey Barrett’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.

The game took place at Lou St. Amant Field. This was their first matchup against the Warhawks this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at Lou St. Amant Field against Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.
